Ticket Price:  $64.99 per person. Which includes a wonderful Tex-Mex meal consisting of delicious house made tortilla chips and specialty salsa, cheese enchilada, crispy beef taco, bean, and cheese chalupa, and tostada con queso, all this is accompanied with house made refried beans and savory Mexican rice, plus a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage of your choice,  and wait staff gratuity. Ticket price does not include gratuities for actors.

Tickets: All tickets are sold in U.S. dollars without tax or surcharge. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred into another name free of charge up to 24 hours in advance of your show. We do not issue refunds due to scheduling conflicts, seating limitations, or inclimate weather. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment: Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show accepts payment by all major credit cards  and PayPal.

Fraudulent Credit Card Usage: Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show has no means of determining credit card holder’s authenticity at any stage during the order process. Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show shall not be held liable nor accepts any responsibility for fraudulent credit card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show be liable for refund of monies, in part or in full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.

Cancelled Shows: Rarely, are shows by Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed. In this event, the purchaser will receive an email and follow-up calls to reschedule your reservation. The Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show does not cancel an event due to inclimate weather conditions (with the exception of a declared emergency).

Services and Processing Fees: Reservations made through whodunitmurdermystery.com are subject to a $1.50  facility fee and a 6% processing fee. Reservations made through other online sites are subject to additional fees as applicable.

Refunds, Rebooking, and Exchanges: Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your reservation for dates and times. Tickets may be transferred to another name free of charge up to 24 hours before the show and must be redeemed on the date originally purchased.  Tickets are non-refundable. If a refund is issued as a result of Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show cancelling an event, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for the full amount of the purchase price including service fees.

License, Ejection, or Cancellation: No redemption value: Venues reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with venue rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event, without refund. A ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket’s face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Recording, Transmission, and Exchange: You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to us and the event provider(s) to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Check-In: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the show. All seating is pre-assigned and will be communicated to you at check-in.

Food and Alcohol: No outside food or drink is allowed. A cash bar will be available at additional expense.

COVID-19: Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show complies with all state and local guidelines intended to reduce the spread of any virus, including COVID-19. By purchasing tickets to and/or attending a Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with any virus, including COVID-19 and agree to release, waive, and discharge Whodunit? Murder Mystery Show and all individuals or entities involved in the event you are attending from all claims directly or indirectly arising from your attendance.
